UK SIM card dialing Instructions
using Teleop SIM
To
place a call, dial:
(Note:
if you press "0" (once) and hold for a second, the
"+" will appear).
A)
"+",
country code,
area code, phone number, then Press the green ' call' button.
Example:
+ 1-415-949-0400
(calling the US); + 33-493693502
(calling France)
B) After a few seconds the handset
will ring (like an incoming call). Answer (by pressing the
"Call" button), and you are connected.
C)
Talk
HINT: Save your numbers to your phone book BEFORE you make the call so
that you don't have to enter it every time you wish to call that number.
If asked: Allow SIM Card to send message? Select YES always
You will see – “Message sent” in response to your selection
Ignore any messages the phone may display during this process. Example:
“Calls barred”, “Number restricted / not allowed” and “Please wait….”
Retrieving Voicemail
Voicemail is automatically enabled on your mobile number. All calls will be
diverted to voicemail if you do not answer in time or if your phone is switched off.
You will then be sent a text message informing you that you have a new voicemail.
1. Individual Message Access: Simply reply to the text message that a new
voicemail has arrived. The voicemail system will call you back and play the
message only.
2. General Access: To access all messages dial “121”. Your messages play in
order of last one received. Voice prompts will guide you to skip, replay, save
and delete messages.
To control voicemail, you have these control options:
Dial:
121 Access Messages (in order of last received)
122 Turns voicemail ON (enable)
123 Turns voicemail OFF (disable)
125 Check Settings (indicates your Voicemail Settings)

To reach you, callers must always dial the international country code for
UK 44 before
your mobile number.
For example: if your mobile number is +44 7642 xxxxxx
- From North America, dial 011 44 7642xxxxxx
- From the UK, dial 07642xxxxxx
- From Europe: 00 44 7642xxxxxx
